Questions
Yes. Stardust Marketing Agency (Stardust International) is a full-service digital marketing agency based in Business Bay, Dubai. We help businesses in Dubai, across the UAE and internationally with branding and visual identity, website design and development, social media management, content creation and video production, SEO and AI search optimisation, Google Ads and Meta ads (Instagram and Facebook), email marketing and newsletters, and exhibition stand design. Instead of hiring several freelancers or separate agencies, you work with one team that plans, creates and manages everything, so your brand looks and sounds the same on every channel.
Our office is at Office 1001, Damac XL Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, close to Downtown Dubai and the Burj Khalifa. We are open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM Dubai time (GMT+4). You are welcome to visit us for a meeting, or we can meet by video call wherever you are. Our clients are based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and the wider UAE, as well as in Europe, the Americas, Asia and the wider Middle East.
Yes. Many of our clients are outside the UAE, for example in Italy, Germany and other European markets. Our multinational team has lived and worked in more than eight countries, so we understand how audiences, platforms and buying habits differ from market to market. We meet by video call, share simple monthly reports and adapt every campaign, website and social media plan to the local language and culture. Whether you want to grow in Dubai, enter the UAE market from abroad or reach customers in Europe, we can help.
Our multinational team works in English, Spanish, German, Czech, Slovak, Portuguese and Hindi, among others, and many of us are C1-certified in several languages. That means we can create social media content, websites, ads and campaigns in your customers’ language, not just translate them. It also makes communication easy if English is not your first language, and helps brands that want to reach customers in several countries at once.

A good marketing agency makes sure the right people find your brand, like what they see and contact you. At Stardust that means a clear brand identity and message, a fast, mobile-friendly website that turns visitors into enquiries, consistent social media content on Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube, visibility on Google and in AI assistants such as ChatGPT, and paid advertising that is measured and optimised every month. You stay focused on running your business while we run your marketing, and you always know what we are doing and what results it brings.
We work with music artists and producers, technology and software companies, education and training providers, cosmetics and beauty brands, real estate and property companies, holiday rentals and hospitality, authors and publishers, luxury and lifestyle brands, home and living, wellness, and industrial and B2B companies. Our clients include Formcase, Barrona, Salvatore Homes, Jassy Music, Sereno, Casa Collection and Synapsylon. Each industry has its own audience and language, and we adapt our strategy, content and tone of voice to fit yours.
Yes. Our social media management covers strategy, a monthly content calendar, photo and video shoots, reels, carousels, captions, hashtags, scheduling, community management and monthly reporting. We work on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube, and we can combine organic content with paid social ads on Meta and LinkedIn. You approve the content before it goes live, and you receive a simple report showing what worked and what we will improve next month.
Yes. We design exhibition stands and event branding for trade shows in Dubai and abroad, including stand concepts, 3D visuals, graphics, printed materials, signage and the social media content around the event. We make sure your stand matches your brand, attracts visitors and helps your team start conversations, and we can support you before, during and after the exhibition with content, ads and follow-up campaigns.
Yes. Our team designs and develops websites in-house, including front-end development in React and HTML, so nothing gets lost between design and build. We create company websites, landing pages, online shops and one-page websites that are fast, mobile-friendly, SEO-ready and easy to update. Every website is built to bring in enquiries, with clear calls to action, contact and booking forms, chat buttons, analytics and tracking. This website is a good example: it was designed and built in-house by Stardust.
Yes. We offer search engine optimisation (SEO) and AI search optimisation, sometimes called GEO (generative engine optimisation). We improve your website structure, speed, content and technical setup so you can rank higher on Google for the searches your customers actually make, such as “marketing agency in Dubai” or “luxury holiday homes on Lake Garda”. We also help AI assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews understand who you are, so they are more likely to recommend your brand. This includes local SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation, structured data, FAQ content and regular reporting.
It depends on the size of the website, the number of languages and how ready your content is. A landing page usually takes a few weeks, a full multilingual company website a little longer. We agree on a clear timeline with you before we start, and you see the progress at every step.
Yes. After launch we can take care of updates, security, speed, new pages and content, SEO and monthly reporting, so your website keeps working for your business. Many clients combine this with social media management or performance marketing.
Every brand needs something different, so pricing depends on your goals, the channels you want to cover and how much support you need. Some clients start with a single project, such as a new website, a brand identity or an exhibition stand, while others choose monthly social media management, SEO or advertising. Every plan can be customised. The best way to get a clear proposal is to request a meeting or a free brand and website check, and we will put together a plan that fits your goals.
Yes. We offer a free brand and website check for businesses in Dubai, the UAE and abroad. A real person on our team reviews your website (speed, mobile experience and how easily visitors can contact you), your social media profiles and content, and how you appear on Google and in AI search. You then receive a short personal report with your top 3 improvements, in order of impact. It is completely free, with no obligation, and many clients use it as a starting point before deciding what to do next.
We agree on clear goals at the start, such as enquiries, sales, bookings, followers or search visibility, and track them with tools like Google Analytics and the advertising platforms. You get a monthly report in plain words that shows what worked and what we will improve next.
Book a free meeting at our Business Bay office, by video call or by phone, or request a free brand and website check. You can also download our brochure to see our services, how we work and selected projects, or email us at info@stardust-international.com. In the first meeting we listen to your goals, look at where your brand is today and agree on a clear plan. After that, our team takes care of the work and sends you simple monthly reports. We reply to every enquiry as soon as possible.
Ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity for "a good marketing agency in Dubai" or "the best hand cream for dry skin" and you get a short, confident answer with a few names in it. No ten blue links, no second page. Either your brand is in that answer, or for that customer it does not exist.
This new kind of visibility has a name, generative engine optimisation (GEO), and it builds on everything good SEO already does. The difference is the reader. A search engine ranks pages. An AI assistant reads them, understands them and decides which ones it trusts enough to quote.
AI assistants are cautious. They prefer facts they can confirm. If your website talks in slogans and never says plainly that you are, for example, "a full-service marketing agency in Business Bay, Dubai, working with brands in the UAE and Europe", the assistant has nothing solid to repeat.
Write one clear sentence about your business and use it consistently: on your homepage, your About section, your Google Business Profile, LinkedIn page and Instagram bio. Consistency across sources is one of the strongest trust signals you can send.
An AI assistant does not rank your page. It decides whether it trusts you enough to repeat you.
People talk to AI the way they talk to a person: "How much does a website cost in Dubai?", "Which agency can do social media in German and English?" Your website should answer these questions in full sentences, in the words your customers use.
A well-written FAQ section is one of the most effective tools here. Keep each answer complete on its own, so it still makes sense when an assistant quotes only that paragraph.
Behind every good page there is structure that visitors never see: clear headings, descriptive image text, fast loading and structured data (schema) that tells search engines your company name, address, services and opening hours. Newer conventions such as an llms.txt file can give AI tools a short summary of who you are.
None of this is visible, and all of it helps. It is the difference between a beautiful brochure and a brochure with a clear table of contents.
Assistants learn about brands from more than your own website. Reviews on Google, articles in industry media, interviews, directories and partner websites all shape the picture. A few genuine mentions in respected places are worth more than many weak ones.
Outdated pages, old prices and broken links quietly reduce trust. Review your key pages every few months. And write like a person, not like a keyword list: AI systems are very good at recognising text that was written for machines instead of readers.
AI search is not a trick and not a shortcut. It rewards brands that are clear, consistent and genuinely helpful, which is good marketing anyway. If you would like to know how your brand shows up today, our free brand and website check includes a look at Google and AI search.
A new visitor lands on your homepage. Before they read a single full sentence, they have already formed an opinion: professional or amateur, trustworthy or risky, for me or not for me. Everything that follows either confirms that first feeling or fights against it.
The good news is that this first impression is not luck. It is design, and it can be planned.
Within the first screen, a visitor should understand three things without scrolling: what you do, who it is for and what to do next. A beautiful image with a vague slogan feels elegant but leaves people guessing, and guessing visitors leave.
A strong first screen has one clear headline, one supporting sentence and one obvious next step, such as booking a meeting or requesting a quote. Everything else can wait.
Beautiful is not enough. A website has to be beautiful and obvious at the same time.
A slow website feels careless, especially on a phone with a weak signal. Large images, heavy videos and too many plug-ins are the usual reasons. Compressing media, loading videos only when they are needed and keeping the code clean can make a site feel instantly more premium, without changing a single design element.
Most visitors will see your website on a phone first. Buttons need to be large enough to tap, text needs to be readable without zooming, and the contact options need to be within easy reach. Test your own website on your phone, in daylight, with one hand. You will notice things you never see on a desktop screen.
Every brand says it is passionate, creative and reliable. Visitors believe what they can see: real projects, client logos, short testimonials with names, and clear results. One honest case study does more for trust than a page full of adjectives.
Long forms, hidden email addresses and contact pages that feel like a tax return quietly cost enquiries. Ask only for what you need to reply, confirm the message instantly and tell people what happens next. A small detail such as "we reply within one working day" removes a surprising amount of hesitation.
A website is often the first meeting a client has with your brand. It should feel like a great first meeting: clear, warm and easy to say yes to. If you would like a second pair of eyes on yours, our free brand and website check covers speed, mobile experience and how easily visitors can contact you.
Think of the brands you trust without thinking. You could recognise them with the logo covered: by a colour, a tone of voice, the way their photos feel. That instant recognition is not an accident. It is the result of saying the same thing, in the same way, again and again.
For growing brands, especially in a busy market like Dubai, consistency is often the cheapest and most underrated competitive advantage.
People rarely buy the first time they see a brand. They notice it, forget it, see it again and slowly become familiar with it. Every time your brand looks and sounds the same, that familiarity grows. Every time it looks different, it starts again from zero.
Your audience should recognise you before they read your name.
Consistency does not need a hundred-page manual. A clear one-page system goes a long way: your logo and how to use it, two or three main colours, one or two fonts, the style of your photos and a few words that describe your tone of voice. Share it with everyone who creates content for you, from your team to your printer.
Your website, Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletter and exhibition stand will never look identical, and they should not. But they should feel like the same person speaking. A premium brand that posts playful memes on one channel and formal corporate updates on another confuses people. Decide who you are, then adapt the format, not the personality.
For brands that speak to several markets, consistency also means translation done properly. A slogan that sounds elegant in English can sound stiff or even funny in German or Arabic. Adapting the message for each language, instead of translating word for word, keeps the brand feeling the same everywhere.
Most inconsistency comes from rushing. A monthly content calendar with planned themes, formats and visuals makes it much easier to stay on brand, even in busy weeks. It also gives your audience a rhythm they can rely on.
Consistency is not about being boring. It is about being unmistakable. If your brand feels a little different on every channel, a short brand review is often the fastest way to bring it back together.
Alles, was danach kommt, bestätigt diesen ersten Eindruck – oder kämpft gegen ihn an.
Konsistenz braucht kein hundertseitiges Handbuch.
Nic z toho není vidět, a přesto to všechno pomáhá.
Zastaralé stránky, staré ceny a nefunkční odkazy nenápadně oslabují důvěru.
Silná první obrazovka má jeden jasný nadpis, jednu doplňující větu a jeden zřejmý další krok, například rezervaci schůzky nebo žádost o nabídku.
Pokaždé, když vaše značka vypadá a zní stejně, tato známost roste. Pokaždé, když vypadá jinak, začíná znovu od nuly.
Vaše publikum by vás mělo poznat dřív, než si přečte vaše jméno.
Váš web, Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletter ani výstavní stánek nebudou nikdy vypadat úplně stejně – a ani by neměly.
Měsíční obsahový kalendář s naplánovanými tématy, formáty a vizuály výrazně usnadní zůstat věrní své značce i v hektických týdnech.
